At Freedom to Fly, we are committed to empowering children, families, foster carers, social workers, faith groups and other communities through transformative trauma-informed, neurodiverse sensitive services. Our services are designed to address extra-familial harm, mitigate challenges leading to serious youth violence and other risks affecting children and young people’s access to secure and consistently safe parenting and holistic health.

We have a range of services including but not limited to workshops, 1:1 interventions, parenting programmes, and training packages. Our focus is on assessment, empowerment, enlightenment, people development, service improvement, and offering support in fostering positive, focused practices. FTF provide services that illuminate and frustrate systemic, and personal challenges negatively impacting robust, and consistent safeguarding of vulnerable children and their families.

Who We Serve

A programme for faith groups, reinforcing the essential role these communities play in supporting their members. Grounded in biblical doctrines of love, compassion, and the call to protect the vulnerable, our programmes aim to equip participants with the knowledge and skills needed for safeguarding in everyday interactions. By fostering understanding of safeguarding practices underpinned by faith-based principles, we empower all members of faith groups to adopt safer practices that reflect commitment to caring and safeguarding self and better protect community members.

Our input will enhance services through consultation to voluntary and statutory organisations via tailored input to enhance staff development, and drive service improvement. We evaluate policies and procedures to ensure alignment with organisational philosophies and goals. Our expertise will review and support organisations to establish robust frameworks that prioritise safety, inclusivity, compliance and best practice.
